Josh has been fortunate to interwined his journey with many around the world. Born in Sydney, Australia, his childhood included many stops across the Australia and New Zealand. The ability to explore new environments and create deep connections with people has been integral to helping for his world view and his care for people. With his mixed heritage (Anglo-Australian and Filipino), he frequently challenges perceptions that leads to meaningful connections. 

Over the course of his professional life, Josh has been ready to be lucky. He has focused on making the best of his opportunities to utilize his strengths to help drive his progress. The breadth of experiences in his background has lead to a unique world view and approach to solving problems.

Building starts with the care. Josh believes it starts with care for people, it continues with consistent actions and it is encompassed by the needs of the environment - natural and community created. It is the ability to create connections that go beyond the tangible outputs that can be produced and understands the rhyme behind the story. The ability to share the journey with people you care for is important in fostering the ability to dare to strive for the unknown outcome.  

Throughout the course of his life, Josh has been blessed with others inspiring, investing and helping in my journey. While this investment can never be repaid, Josh strives to pay it forward. By leading with service, Josh looks to connect and help meet the needs of the individuals he invests in. With the focus on responsibility, he looks to help individuals and teams find the key to consistent motivation.  

Josh loves to to understand how other people see the world. He loves to foster learning environments for teams with characters from diverse backgrounds and identities. His curiosity drives his connection to help foster a sense of belonging as he looks to highlight others strengths to contribute to team success.
